Shipping & Payment FAQs
Yes, we include a packing slip showing the products, who it is being shipped to and the person ordering. This does not include any financial information or costs.
Yes! Just detail your message in the comment section at the checkout and we will include a blank card.
We don't have this option online, but we do wrap most parcels in tissue paper, and some toolkits come in a gift box. Feel free to contact us and we can give you some options.
Our dispatch times will be longer during the sale due to the volume of orders, so we estimate a 2-3 day dispatch time. Shipping depends on the couriers, and as this is the busiest time of year for them it may take a bit longer to get to you. You will receive an email with a tracking link once your order has shipped. So please make sure to check your spam folder.

Items are posted via Courier Post within NZ and via DHL & NZ POST to Rest of World from Auckland, New Zealand, except for some items are shipped within the USA via FedEx. Delivery times vary depending on where in the world you are.
Items on pre-order will have delayed delivery times, according to the product description.
New Zealand: 1-3 working days - all orders are tracked so keep an eye out for your tracking details via email when your order is completed.
Australia: 6-10 working days.*
Rest of the World: 10-15 working days.*

Please note: For delivery outside of New Zealand standard international airmail is used which is un-tracked and can take up to 3 weeks to arrive during busy times. If tracked options are not avaiable at checkout please get in touch. A customs declaration of the contents and value of the parcel is necessary on all international packages. The customer (you) is responsible for any customs charges incurred in the country of arrival and we are not able to refund for packages returned due to unpaid customs fees.

We ship all over the world from Auckland, New Zealand.
If you are in the USA we have a small amount of stock held in Utah, and our website is set up to show US residents only those products to save you on shipping costs.
All prices are shown including 15% GST (Goods and Services Tax). Only customers from New Zealand are liable for GST, therefore if your shipping address is outside of New Zealand, our system will recalculate the price so you are not paying the tax component.
All prices are listed in New Zealand dollars, unless stated otherwise.
There are three options for payment:
1. Credit Card: Payments are processed through Shopify or Paypal and both have secure online systems.
2. Delayed Payment: Payments are processed through Afterpay and Laybuy and you are charged a smaller amount for a set number of weeks.
We want all our customers to receive high quality products. If there is something wrong with the product you have received or if your delivery is not identical to your order (wrong product or if a product is missing), please contact us immediately.
If you send us an email, please include as many details as possible including your order number and photographic evidence of any damage, and in some cases a photograph of the packaging itself. Please ensure you keep your delivery until the return process is complete.
No refunds, returns or exchanges will be processed unless contact has been made about any issues within seven (7) working days of receipt of your item. We may be able to extend this time under special circumstances, but please make contact as soon as you notice any problems so we can remedy the situation for you.
We do not refund purchases for custom orders or because you have changed your mind. There are no refunds or returns available on printable (digital orders) items, or seconds so please choose carefully when ordering.
When we receive the product, we will refund the value of the purchased product, but not the original shipping. All products must be returned in their original state with all enclosed documentation and the packaging of the product cannot be broken or in any other way damaged. Otherwise it will not be possible to obtain a refund.
You must pay for the shipping to return the goods and this must also be arranged by yourself. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our office. Please ensure you pack the return safely to prevent any damage to the products or boxes.
New Zealand customers are protected by the Consumer Guarantees Act.
