Where Am I Now?

Where Am I Now?

Look at your current situation and contemplate…

How did you end up here?  Is this where you want to remain?  You are where you are, because of the choices you have made, the beliefs you hold, the thoughts that flow through to actions.  Where you are now, can tell you a lot about what you need to do, to travel the path that will lead you to what you really want.

Take ownership of where you are.

The decisions were ultimately yours to make, that have lead you to where you are today.  Let go of blaming others for your situation.

Firstly, contemplate how you are feeling generally with life.

Are you usually happy with life?  Before you jump to an answer straight away I would recommend letting this sit for a while.  Step back and really observe how you are each day.  If you think you are happy but are then noticing that you complain a lot, get angry quickly or feel like life gets a bit overwhelming, then maybe you are not as happy as you would like to think.

It is so important to simply observe, to notice how you feel, without judgements, just notice … right now I am feeling really stressed outright now I am feeling really tired.

Once you take some time to observe your current situation, then take some time to write out the things that you are not happy with, things that you want to eliminate from you life or want to change.

Write out your list on our ‘BE GONE’ list and then intentionally throw it in the bin … get rid of those things out of your life.

Now, write out all the things that are working in your life on our ‘BE MINE’ list.

The things that you get to do or feel that really make your soul content. From here, this is the list you will be spending time on.
